Welcome to a beautiful new week; it’s your week of favour, good reports and rewards in Jesus name.

We’re in the last quarter of 2020 and many have adopted the mindset that the year is over already. You may have been consistently serving God with your time and resources, praying, believing, confessing, believing God for breakthrough in certain areas, yet it looks like nothing is forthcoming. Well, there’s good news for you, God has not forgotten you; He’s not unjust to forget your labour of love; Hebrews 6:10.

Prophet Isaiah felt the same way at some point. In Isaiah 49:4 (NIV), he lamented thus, “But I said, “ I have labored in vain; I have spent my strength for nothing at all. Yet what is due me is in the LORD’s hand, and my reward is with my God.”

Isaiah was flustered and almost giving up, having done so much, with nothing to show for it. But he quickly calls himself to order, reminding Himself that His dues and reward are with God and no one else.

On this note, be reminded child of God that regardless of what your experience has been so far, God’s got you. You may feel you have been faithfully serving God, yet you have nothing to show. Please don’t throw in the towel, the rewarder God is still on duty and your reward is with Him. Good thing, it’s not with your relatives, spouse, employer, government or dependent on the global economy. It’s with God and He knows when best to release it in your direction. Only believe!
