Trust you are all set for Christmas. Let’s not forget that we are celebrating Jesus- He is the reason for the season.

In our last meditation, we discussed operating in a no fear zone. Please catch up here if you missed it. Our focus today is on overcoming the spirit of fear. In Bishop Oyedepo’s words, faith and fear cannot coexist.

One of the major weapons for fighting fear is faith. When you are faith-filled, fear cannot rule over you. Romans 10:17 states, “So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.” On the flip side, it is evident that fear comes by hearing and hearing the lies of the devil. However, the more you build your faith through the word of God, the greater your dominion over fear.

This holiday season, while you feast and make merry, please take some time to build your faith bank by constantly feeding on the word of God.
