Hello Amazing Reader,

Happy Resurrection celebration!  As we celebrate the death and resurrection of our Lord Jesus, may everything that was dead in and around us experience the same resurrection power in Jesus name (Romans 8:11).

Easter is a reminder of God’s love for mankind; an unadulterated, compassionate, and wholehearted love. God loved us even before we knew ourselves, and He realized that the only way He could have a Father-child relationship with us was to give us His most priced possession; His son, Jesus.

God sent Jesus to die for our sins. Jesus knew no sin, yet He became sin for us. So that we can become the righteousness of Christ; 2 Corinthians 5:21. When we receive Christ as our Lord and Saviour, we accept the gift of the Father to us.

If you are a parent or guardian, you can only imagine how difficult it must have been for God to give up His only beloved son. Yet, He didn’t hold back. If He gave us His only son, is there anything else He will hold back from us? Romans 8:32 gives us the answer.

“He who did not spare [even] His own Son, but gave Him up for us all, how will He not also, along with Him, graciously give us all things?”

If that isn’t mind-blowing. I don’t know what else is. Let’s go into the new week with this assurance. Because God gave me Jesus, He will also graciously give me all else that I need- children, finances, protection, favour, sound health, open doors, jobs, breakthroughs…(name it).

Can we make this declaration with boldness.

I am a child of God; I have Jesus and all else.

God’s blessings always,

Dammy
