Hello Amazing Reader,

Welcome to a beautiful new week. God has gone ahead of you to make the new week full of good reports in Jesus name.

A few weeks ago, the choir in my church sang this song (Step by Step) by Michael W. Smith. I’ve known this song for over 15 years, but for the first time the lyrics ministered to me in such a powerful way. Especially the line that says, Step by step you lead me.

I was in a state where I thought I needed God to show me the whole picture of things. At the back of my mind I knew God was in control of my situation, but I needed to see He was working. I was already feeling overwhelmed, but that line stilled my heart. It assured me that God was and is still leading me step-by-step. I am reminded that I am where I need to be per time, and that is sufficient.

Do you feel overwhelmed? Do you also need that reminder that God is with you every step of the way?

Psalm 16:9-11 states

Therefore my heart is glad and my tongue rejoices;
    my body also will rest secure,
because you will not abandon me to the realm of the dead,
    nor will you let your faithful one see decay.
 You make known to me the path of life;
    you will fill me with joy in your presence,
    with eternal pleasures at your right hand.

God is with you dear one.
