Hello 1nebody,
I hope everyone is taking some time off work, the everyday hustle and bustle, to enjoy the sun and just rest.
I got caught up in that busy schedule myself, and this is coming a day later. It’s not a problem, I hope, and I pray this review still blesses someone.
So, I’m just concluding this 40-day prayer challenge with some folks from church, and it has been a blessing, and I thought to share.
Draw the Circle is a prayer guide that is intended to be used by a group of people for 40 days. It’s like a devotional solely for prayer.
How it Works
It is very simple and straightforward, and the book is only to help cultivate a praying habit and lifestyle.
- Get your group together, friends, family, colleagues.
- Agree on a start date.
- Share the book. You may find a free PDF version to download online.
- Start the prayer challenge using the book.
- Pick a time of the day to pray together or individually at the same time, if praying as a group every day is too tight.
- If you are praying individually every day, pick a day every week to pray together. You must pray together weekly if you can’t do daily. The weekly prayer will combine all the week’s prayer points and lessons.
- Add other instructions for your prayer challenge as the Holy Spirit leads you.
The prayer challenge book has brought new revelations, opened my eyes to new directions, and the idea of praying as long as it takes, like Elijah, who kept praying for rain until a fist of cloud began to form (1 Kings 18:44).
I will be doing this prayer challenge again with as many groups as I can because there’s no such thing as too much prayer.
God bless,
Dasola
