Yaaayyy…super excited! It\u2019s our season finale on the prayer and fasting series. I am convinced that your prayers have been answered and your testimonies are loading already.<\/p>\n
As we wrap up, our focus today is on thanksgiving<\/strong>. You\u2019ve been praying and fasting practically all month, right? As beautiful as prayer is, the true evidence of\u00a0your prayer is in your proofs (answers).<\/p>\n God, to whom you have prayed is also eager to grant your requests but many times our answers get lost in transit. I\u2019ll explain. In Daniel 10, Daniel engaged in a fast and from the first day of his fast; God had already released his answers\u00a0 but a certain prince of the kingdom of Persia prevented the angel who had the answers from reaching Daniel for 21 days. This continued until Angel Michael came to his help. See, Daniel had prayed, God had released the answer yet there was a hindrance to his answers.<\/p>\n The smartest and fastest way to get rid of such a hindrance is through thanksgiving. Do you remember Lazarus, Jesus\u2019 friend, Mary and Martha\u2019s brother? He had been dead for four days and was already stinking. \u00a0Amidst the tears, Jesus went to the grave side, asked them to take away the stone (hindrance). John 11:41 says, \u201c Father, I thank thee that thou hast heard me<\/em>.\u201d As soon as thanksgiving was done, Jesus called out Lazarus from the grave and he came out.<\/p>\n You have prayed and the devil is trying to sow seeds of doubts in your heart, to suggest that God has not heard you. Haahahaaa<\/em>, don\u2019t worry he\u2019s a liar, it\u2019s what he knows to do best. God is not a wicked father. As long as you prayed according to His will, He already heard and answered your prayers. He\u2019s even sent the angels to dispatch your answers. However, if you must take full delivery of your answers; you must keep thanking God. Not generic, vague thanksgiving but specific thanksgiving in line with your previous supplications.<\/p>\n Philippians 4: 6 (NIV) sums it all up, \u201c Do not be anxious about anything, but in every
