He ministered at the recently concluded International Ministers Conference organised by Living Faith Church, as part of\u00a0 its 37<sup>th<\/sup> anniversary. The conference held between 1st-4th May, 2018; and had as its theme, \u2018<em>Sustainable Impact in Ministry\u2019<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">First, I need you to know that this isn\u2019t only for pastors, evangelists or apostles; it\u2019s for everyone who is interested in making sustainable impact in their chosen fields. That said, let&#8217;s proceed:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align:justify;\">\n<li>Dogged Commitment + Brutal Focus= Tangible Impact<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">Once focus is broken, there\u2019s little or nothing a person can achieve. In Pastor Paul\u2019s words, \u2018<em><strong>a broken focus is a broken destiny<\/strong><\/em>.\u2019 Pursuing several things \u00a0at the same time amounts to achieving nothing. He says, \u2018<strong>people of impact are people of one thing<\/strong>.\u2019 What&#8217;s your one thing?<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align:justify;\">\n<li>Focused people are fire-people while focus-less people are fire-less people.<\/li>\n<li>Focus brings success,power,impact.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">Focus enemies and enhancers are also highlighted in this message. Pastor observes that several have lost their vision because they fell victim to one\/some of the enemies of focus. Some of which are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align:justify;\">Confrontation of conviction: This refers to circumstances that may make you doubt the authenticity of your calling. It is therefore sacrosanct to know in clear terms what God has called you to do.<\/li>\n<li>Confrontation of opposition: \u2018<em>If you mind opposition, you lose position\u2019<\/em><\/li>\n<li>Temptation unto competition: Ministry isn&#8217;t competition, only do what God has called you to do, whether salvation, healing, faith, prosperity, etc; whatever it is, ensure you&#8217;re not running with another&#8217;s vision.<\/li>\n<li>Temptation unto imitation: \u2018<em>what is popular may not be proper&#8217;<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><strong>Enhancers of Focus<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Camping with God and His word<\/li>\n<li>Focus your resources on your vision; your allocation is sufficient for your vision<\/li>\n<li>The right association:\u00a0 Not everyone is headed in the same direction with you, you must carefully select your company, <em>&#8216;love abundantly but relate selectively<\/em>&#8216;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Although this was intended for Ministers, it can be related to every other area of life. This\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=w13lOIhaKSU\">message<\/a>\u00a0lasts about 50 minutes, but its impact can set your life on the right path forever; it&#8217;s super recommended
