It\u2019s our first \u2018meet-up\u2019 on the\nblog this year, Happy New Year to you and yours! It will be for you a year of\nmultiplied celebrations in Jesus name. Nothing missing, nothing lacking will be\nyour testimony all year round; amen!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Our first meditation for the year is from Psalm 119<\/strong>:11<\/strong> which states, \u201cI have hidden your word in my heart that I might not sin against you.\u201d (<\/em>New International Version). <\/em>Some other versions have the word hidden<\/em> as stored up<\/em>; which communicates a conscious effort to develop one\u2019s word-bank. This is not in an attempt to ace Bible recitation games alone but to develop an armory such that the stored up word will effortlessly be emitted when the situation arises. The Bible makes us understand that God exalts His word, above His name (Psalm 138:2<\/strong>). <\/p>\n\n\n\n The President of Living Faith Church worldwide, Bishop David Oyedepo usually says once you have seen anything that pertains to you in the word of God, God is covenantly<\/em> bound to deliver it to you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Storing up God\u2019s word is the key to\nour perpetual victories. We must keep storing up God\u2019s word, whether or not\nthere are current battles to be won. I recently heard one of my pastors say\nthat a serpent leaves no footprints. You never know when it\u2019s planning a strike\nbut by having God\u2019s word stored up, you are always a step ahead.<\/p>\n\n\n\n In 2020, you\u2019ll always be a step ahead of the devil in Jesus name.
