How awesome has your week been?\u00a0Mine started out a bit daunting but I watched God literally help me with my tasks as soon as I handed them over to him and asked for His help. You should do the same, it works!<\/p>\n\n\n\n


It’s a message review we’ve got today; one from a servant of God whom I only recently ‘met’ but whose ministry has greatly impacted my life.\u00a0
A warm welcome to the Savelle family \ud83d\udc6a if it’s your first time, but I am too certain it won’t be your last \ud83d\ude09. In this message, Minister Jerry Savelle teaches us on the importance of meditating on the word of God.\u00a0 In Joshua 1:8<\/strong>, the scriptural foundation for this teaching, God instructs Joshua saying, “This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shall meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shall have good success.<\/em>\u00a0“<\/p>\n\n\n\n


It is suffice to say that meditating on the word of God remains the key to having a prosperous and successful life.\u00a0Little wonder the devil fights the believer at all cost to ensure we don’t get into the word.
My action points from this teaching are as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b0 Worrying is a form of meditation-\u00a0 it’s meditating on what the devil says. If you can worry all day on what the devil says, you can as well meditate on the word of God.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00a0\u00b0 Fear is the substance of things dreaded. If what Job greatly feared came upon him , what about what you greatly faith?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b0 You are either focused on what God says or what the devil says.
Meditating on the word gets your heart fixed and trusting in the Lord; Psalm 112- this is the ultimate goal. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b0 Fear is the opposite of faith in God. If you dwell on what the devil says all day, it will produce fear in your heart.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
