Last week, someone shared with me a portion of Mike Murdock\u2019s book on wisdom. In that read, he elaborated on the law of seed time and harvest stating that, \u201cWhat you make happen for others, God makes happen for you<\/em>.\u201d Therefore, if you sow goodwill, honour, peace, etc in the lives of others, God ensures that you reap the same. Same applies when you sow to the contrary. However, where you sow might not be same place you\u2019ll reap. Many times because we did certain things for people, we automatically expect that the same people would return the favour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n It\u2019s time we rid ourselves and others of undue expectations. God\u2019s word lets us know that we will undoubtedly reap what we sow, not where we sow<\/strong>. Let\u2019s close with the word of God in Galatians 6:7-10<\/strong> (the Message) “Don\u2019t be misled: No one makes a fool of God. What a person plants, he will harvest. The person who plants selfishness, ignoring the needs of others\u2014ignoring God!\u2014harvests a crop of weeds. All he\u2019ll have to show for his life is weeds! But the one who plants in response to God, letting God\u2019s Spirit do the growth work in him, harvests a crop of real life, eternal life.<\/em> <\/sup><\/strong>So let\u2019s not allow ourselves to get fatigued doing good. At the right time we will harvest a good crop if we don\u2019t give up, or quit.
