It\u2019s another wonderful week; one in\nwhich you\u2019ll rejoice and be glad, in Jesus name. Our sincere apologies for not\nposting our Showcase edition on Saturday. We were engaged with the anniversary\nedition of the 1nebody Book Club. Thank you for your understanding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In today\u2019s meditation, we\u2019re gleaning from 2 Timothy 2:15<\/strong>. Please come along.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n Do your best to be the kind of person God will accept, and give yourself to him. Be a worker who has no reason to be ashamed of his work, one who applies the true teaching in the right way<\/em>. (Easy-to-Read Version)<\/p>\n\n\n\n Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.<\/em>(King James Version) <\/p>\n\n\n\n For most part of my high school,\nthis was one of the most quoted scriptures. It was often sung by most teachers,\nemphasizing the need to prepare for examinations. As a result, I subconsciously\ntagged it an exam scripture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Over the weekend, while preparing for the book club\u2019s second anniversary, the Holy Spirit reminded me about it. Meditating on it, He made me understand that the instruction to study isn\u2019t limited to a particular phase of one\u2019s life. Rather, it is for all seasons and for all believers. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Just as a student in high school or college would study to make good grades, a worker would do the same to pass his\/her professional exams. Likewise, a believer must consistently live a studious life and apply these lessons to be the kind of person God will accept. <\/p>\n\n\n\n It\u2019s not enough to have the latest\nbooks in your library. Would you become intentional in studying and imbibing\nthe knowledge from these resources? You\u2019d be amazed how much potential is in\nyou waiting to be stirred up and released.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Do have a blessed and studious week ahead.<\/p>\n\n\n\n God\u2019s blessings always,<\/p>\n\n\n\n
