Trust your week has been splendid? Many thanks for stopping by, it always means a lot to us. On today\u2019s edition, we\u2019re reviewing a message by the lead Pastor, David Christian Centre, Pastor Kingsley Okonkwo. In this message, he speaks to God\u2019s purpose for marriage.  Didn\u2019t the Lord make you one with your wife? In body and spirit you are his. And what does he want? Godly children<\/strong> from your union. So guard your heart; remain loyal to the wife of your youth.

Referencing the above scripture, Pastor Kingsley points to one of God\u2019s intentions for marriages- to raise godly seed<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Contrary to popular culture, God doesn\u2019t want us to reproduce and have children just to have a younger generation carrying on our names and maybe looks. In fact, using the preacher\u2019s words, \u201cGod ordains that you show your child what the love of God looks like.\u201d That\u2019s a huge responsibility, but not one you can\u2019t handle if you are purposefully married.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Marriage is where it all begins. It takes two godly parents (male and female) to raise godly seeds. Little wonder God instructs His children not to be unequally yoked (2 Corinthians 6:14). In marriage, you have a responsibility of mirroring Christ to your seeds. It is your duty to show them the way of the Lord. I’d rest this review here, believing your appetite has been whet enough to dig in yourself. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Are there persons who are willing to partner with God in\nachieving His plan for the family? If you are yet to be married, you have a\ngreat opportunity to choose a partner with whom you\u2019d purposefully carry out\nthis assignment. If you are already married but didn\u2019t know this earlier,\nreceive the help of God to make amends in Jesus name. Amen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
