Trust you are well? Did you have a great weekend? It\u2019s a new week! Rest assured God has gone ahead of you to make every crooked path straight in Jesus name.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In Mark 16:1-7<\/strong>,\nwe learn a significant faith lesson from three women- Mary Magdalene, Mary the\nmother of Jesus and Salome. <\/p>\n\n\n\n These three women had followed Jesus until He was crucified.\nThey decided to anoint his body, and as they went, they asked each other, \u201cWho will roll the stone away from the\nentrance of the tomb?\u201d <\/em> Mark 16:3<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n What a valid question. They knew the stone was there. In\nfact, they were present when it was used to shut the tomb. Yet, they purchased\nthe spices to be used and took a further step of faith by heading towards the\ntomb to anoint Jesus\u2019 body<\/p>\n\n\n\n Can you imagine what must have been on their minds? They\nwere certain that they would get to anoint His body regardless of the stone. Miraculously,\nwhen they got there, they realized the stone had been rolled away and an angel\nannounced to them that Jesus had risen from the grave. (Verse 5)<\/p>\n\n\n\n Let\u2019s attempt a converse narrative with Mary the mother of Jesus leading the conversation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cSalome and Mary it would have been nice to anoint Jesus\u2019 body, but we cannot because there\u2019s a large stone covering his tomb. It wouldn\u2019t make any sense going all the way since we can\u2019t gain access<\/em>.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n They would have been justified, right? Perhaps so. But they\nwouldn\u2019t have been the first witnesses of the risen Christ if they hadn\u2019t\nstepped out in faith.<\/p>\n\n\n\n What\u2019s that obstacle preventing you from moving forward?\nReceive grace to step out in faith today, and watch God bring His word to pass\nin your life in Jesus name, Amen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n God\u2019s blessings always,<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n Dammy<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Hello Amazing Reader, Trust you are well?
