Adeboye, which he titled, Colonize Me.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You\u2019re&nbsp;probably wondering&nbsp;what colonization has to do with this, but, drawing references to Nigeria\u2019s colonial era and independence, he taught on the importance of&nbsp;believers having their lives colonized by Jesus in three major areas:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Colonized tongue- A tongue that only speaks\u00a0good things\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"2\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Colonized appearance-Wearing Jesus as a \u201cdress,\u201d\u00a0so that even our appearance reflects Christ\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"3\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Colonized for greater works- Just as Jesus commanded us\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>In simple language, laced with lots of\u00a0humour, he\u00a0delivered this powerful message and closed it out by proclaiming a father\u2019s blessing on the congregation.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He also asked us to pray as follows, \u201c<strong>Father,&nbsp;colonize&nbsp;me, and&nbsp;keep&nbsp;me colonized.
