Happy new month. We trust God with you that this month will be a season of crowning blessings. God will show Himself strong and mighty in your life and affairs in Jesus name.

Speaking about God manifesting Himself, He only delights in doing this when He is certain that He’ll take all the glory. God doesn’t want to share His glory with anything or anyone; Isaiah 42:8.

When He shows up for you, He wants you to give Him all the glory in return. This can only happen when you do not have alternatives you’re seeking.

The President of Living Faith Church Worldwide, Bishop David Oyedepo usually recounts a story of how God instructed him to make one eye look up, and the other look down. After a failed attempt, God told him, “Whenever you’re looking up to man, never claim to be looking up to me.”

Perhaps the reason you are yet to experience that blessing is because you are not entirely looking up to God.

Psalm 34:5 (KJV) states, “They looked unto him, and were lightened: and their faces were not ashamed. “

As you repent from seeking alternatives and look entirely unto Jesus, He’ll manifest Himself to you in Jesus name.
