Hello Amazing Reader,

How’s your week coming along. Mine has been wonderful, thank you for asking 🙂. I was listening to Pst Nathaniel Bassey’s Spirit Chant within the week, and I thought to write a review about it.

As I was about to write, I thought to double check if we had previously reviewed it, and alas, I realized my friend and co-blogger, Dasola had written a review earlier this year😂. In fact, I think it was from her review that I got to know about the song. She did a great job as always. Please read her review if you missed it.

I’d like to add a few thoughts to Dasola’s review from my experience listening to the song this week, and it’s mostly centered around the work of the Holy Spirit in a believer’s life.

Like one of my pastors would say, “The Holy Spirit in you is not only for speaking in tongues.” He is the Spirit of God within you. He is your intercessor. He is your helper; the One who helps you do what the Bible says, and much more.

Do you think you can ever love like the Father loves without the Holy Spirit’s help? No, you cannot. That would be an impossible venture.

These lines of the song particularly stood out to me this time:

We do what the Father says
We love how the Father loves
We live like the Bible says
We do what the Bible says
We pray where the Spirit says
We pray in the Holy Ghost

Are you experiencing any challenges living up to God’s expectations of you? The Holy Spirit is available to help you. Maximize His help today!

What lines of this song resonate with you the most? Please share in the comment section. If you’re yet to listen to the song or you need to relisten, you are welcome to do so here.

God’s blessings always,

Dammy
