Hello Amazing Reader,
Happy last day of June! Can you believe it? It’s just a few more hours before the second half of 2025. All thanks and praise to God for His protection over us!
This time of year is usually characterized by performance evaluations—personal, career/business, financial, spiritual, and so on. We want to know what we did well in the first half and possibly what requires more input for the second half.
While evaluating though, there is a possibility to tag certain aspects of our lives as “underperforming” because we don’t see results just yet. This can mostly be the case with our spiritual lives. Perhaps, there are some requests for which we thought we’d have the answers by now, but it still seems there’s nothing to show for it.
If we haven’t seen the answers manifest, can we really say that God hasn’t answered us? I recently heard a message by Dr Jerry Savelle, where he said that because we can’t see or explain how some things work does not mean they don’t work. For example, we can’t see our brains, neither can we explain how it functions, but do we doubt its functionality?
“And we know [with great confidence] that God [who is deeply concerned about us] causes all things to work together [as a plan] for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to His plan and purpose.”
ROMANS 8:28 (AMP)
You may not physically have the answers yet, but if you love God, rest assured He is causing all things to work together for your good.
As we go into the second half, don’t give in to doubt or anxiety. Instead, I encourage you to stay rejoicing because God is working things out for you. This includes those things that don’t even look like it.
If you are yet to accept Jesus as the Lord of your life, this doesn’t apply to you yet. But, it can when you receive the love of Jesus. Do you want to become a child of God?
Please say this prayer:
Dear Jesus, I accept you today as my Lord and personal Saviour. I confess that I have sinned; please forgive me. I believe that you died and rose again for me. By your blood, cleanse me from every unrighteousness. Thank you for the new life you have given me, help me to serve you all the days of my life. Ultimately, please help me make it to eternity with you, in Jesus' name. Amen.
Congratulations, heaven rejoices over you! If you said this prayer and would like additional information/guidance, please send an email to 1nebodyblog@gmail.com.
Never forget that God is working things out for your good! Go into the second half with this confidence.
God’s blessings always,
Dammy
