Hello, 1nebody,

Welcome to another beautiful week. I pray this week will be a blessed one for you all in Jesus name, Amen!

I was reading through Ezekiel and something jumped out at me in Ezekiel 12:3:

“Therefore, son of man, pack your belongings for exile and in the daytime, as they watch, set out and go from where you are to another place. Perhaps they will understand, though they are a rebellious people – NIV.

I saw the generosity in God’s character in this verse, and it brings to mind Psalms 8:4, “What is man that you are so mindful of him?” God’s generosity towards us is overwhelming. In the verse above, the Israelites had dealt wickedly with everything around them, disobeyed God, desecrated the temple of God and just kept committing unspeakable acts. Regardless, God sends his prophets again and again to warn them to repent, giving them countless chances to turn back from their wicked ways. Ezekiel 12:3 is God in another dimension of His unending love. Since the Israelites have refused to listen, God’s instruction to Ezekiel is to act out the exile, maybe, just maybe, it will sink in and they will listen and repent. In God’s faithfulness, love, patience, and mercy, He wanted them redeemed more than He wanted them punished.

How does it make you feel knowing God will take different measures just to get to you? That He will never abandon you or let go even when you disappoint Him or break His heart. He is always looking out for you, to be completely free from the stronghold of sin. I invite you today to make a destiny-altering decision if you have yet to make God the Lord and Saviour of your life.

When you are ready, please say the prayer below out loud:

Dear Jesus, I accept you today as my Lord and personal Saviour. I confess that I have sinned; please forgive me. I believe that you died and rose again for me. By your blood, cleanse me from every unrighteousness. Thank you for the new life you have given me, help me to serve you all the days of my life. Ultimately, please help me make it to eternity with you, in Jesus' name. Amen.

Congratulations, heaven rejoices over you! If you said this prayer and would like additional information/guidance, please send an email to 1nebodyblog@gmail.com.

God bless,

Dasola
