Hello Amazing Reader,
Happy new month, once again!
May the favour of God surround you as a shield all through this month, in Jesus name.
Today, we’re reviewing a short, but powerful book by Kenneth E. Hagin, “Don’t Blame God.”
When a believer is faced with a negative situation, have you heard things like, “God allowed it to teach them a lesson.” Or “God is using this sickness to bring the person closer to Him.” In fact, in insurance, when natural disasters occur, they are termed, “acts of God.” But are these negative events really from God?
You may have heard these religious lines from the church or maybe you’ve used them yourself, but they are not founded on the word of God, and this is what this book addresses.
It reorientates the believer’s mind to understand that God is a good God, and He is only capable of doing good things. He does not make bad things happen, and He certainly does not “teach” his children lessons with evil.
My biggest takeaway from this book is, if God causes evil, why do we still go to Him to undo it? Can you ponder on that for a while?
The devil has lied to us for so long because He doesn’t want us to know the truth and confront him. It’s time for us to grow in knowledge, and take back all that Christ’s death and resurrection has procured for us.
I strongly recommend that every Christian reads this book to gain or regain their dominion mandate. It’s available for free download on the Rhema website.
God’s blessings always,
Dammy
