Welcome to October! The Faithful God who has brought us this far in 2024 will perfect all that concerns us and grant us perfect peace on every side, in Jesus name, Amen!

Did you know, God has no challenge with moving His people forward. In fact, He already ordained you as a sign and a wonder. But, your manifestation as a sign and wonder begins with knowing your God. Do you know your God personally or, are you living off the experiences of others?

Today’s review is a wake-up call for you to know your God personally.

The Founder and Senior Pastor of Eternity Network International, Apostle Joshua Selman, preached on Becoming a Sign and a Wonder at the Fountain of Life’s Word Explosion Convention 2024.

Here are some excerpts from his message:

  • God can help men! God’s help can make things possible and/ or make things easy.
  • Spend time to know God. You need an encounter with the God of the Bible.
  • Revelation creates transition. Once the revealed word comes to you, it takes you to a new level.
  • God first calls a person to Himself, then out of the abundance of that fellowship or growth, He sends them to represent Him; Colossians 4:17
  • God’s desire for every believer is to eventually become a manifestation of the glory of God. If your life doesn’t glorify God, you have failed despite your achievements in other areas; Matt 5:13-16
  • A believer should be an object of wonder.
  • It’s important for people to see what God can do through your life.
  • The God you know is the God you reveal to your world.
  • No time invested in knowing God is a waste.
  • The proof of faith is obedience.

In closing, Apostle Selman shared three keys for becoming signs and wonders personified:

  • Have an experience with the God of the Bible; Dan 11:32
  • Understand the law of faith; Deut 28:1-2
  • Spiritual empowerment, that is the anointing of the Holy Spirit; Acts 10:38

This isn’t one of the messages you should passively respond to. Apostle leaves his audience with an assignment to take a step of faith. Your reading this at the start of Q4 2024 isn’t a coincidence. There’s still so much God can do for you and through before the close of this year. But, you need an encounter with God that will launch you into the greater blessings He has in store for you. A previous encounter cannot do this, you need to be empowered again and again.

In the words of Apostle Selman, “God’s method will always be by His Word.”
