Happy New Month, 1nebody!

I hope everyone is excited to see the last month of 2024. God is working! He remains faithful and we are here to give Him all our praise and adoration! He has caused us to see another December, the end of another year, it can only be the Lord’s doing. We say, thank you Jesus! “Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits” – Psalm 103:2 KJV.

As we take time to pause and reflect on the year in the last weeks of this month, I want us to meditate on Proverbs 16:33 and praise God that all we have experienced in 2024 was divinely orchestrated by Him.

“The lot is cast into the lap, but its every decision is from the Lord” – NIV

“The lot is cast into the lap, but the decision is wholly of the Lord [even the events that seem accidental are really ordered by Him]” – AMPC

“We make our own decisions, but the Lord alone determines what happens.” – CEV

“Make your motions and cast your votes, but God has the final say.” – MSG

For the times when you thought you were alone, He was right there with you, moving things around to align with His will for you.

Those decisions, and even the indecisions, friends, our Heavenly Father worked them all out for your good. Even for those who may still be in the thick of it, don’t ever think for one second your strength and intellect got you this far, God made it happen and He has the final say! Like my pastor said on Sunday, if you have not achieved anything this year, you have no testimony, please, celebrate God that you are still here today, that is enough.

For those who may not know this God I speak of, or you do but haven’t been in the right standing with Him in a long time, why not make that decision to align your life with Him today? Remember, there are no accidents with God, you are reading this post for a reason. So, I invite you to say the prayer below:

Dear Jesus, I accept you today as my Lord and personal saviour. I confess that I have sinned, please forgive me. By your blood, cleanse me from every unrighteousness. Thank you for the new life you have given me, help me to serve you all the days of my life. Ultimately, please help me make it to eternity with you, in Jesus name.
