Hello Amazing Reader, 

Trust you had a restful weekend? 

It was a book club weekend at the 1nebody book club and as always, we had a phenomenal time together. All glory to God! 

One of the resources that we reviewed reminded us that as children of God, we have angels assigned to us.  

This will be the focus of today’s meditation. 

Hebrews 1:14 states, 

“Are they not all ministering spirits sent forth to minister for those who will inherit salvation?” 

As a child of God, you have angels waiting on you. Angelic intervention is one of God’s provisions for us as His children. But, having them is one thing. Engaging them is yet another. 

In today’s hustle culture, there’s a temptation to get things done solely by our efforts. There’s absolutely nothing wrong with working hard, but no matter how hard you work, there are certain levels you cannot access, except by the help of God.  

You can release your angels to get things done on your behalf. They can mention your name in places where you cannot physically access, they can restore lost items to you, they can bring supernatural help to you, deliverance, divine intervention…and so much more. 

All you need is your faith to release them. Perhaps it’s been a while since you engaged your angels, this is your reminder to do so. They won’t act by themselves; they wait for your instructions. It can be something as simple as, “Angels of God, I release you today to do xxx for me.” Just ensure to make your declaration in faith, and according to the will of God. 

Yet to accept Jesus into your heart? Today is a great day to become a child of God. In Heb 1:14 (referenced above), it states that angels are ministering spirits for those who will inherit salvation. Salvation is a pre-requisite to receiving angelic intervention. 

If you’d like to accept Jesus into your heart, please say this prayer:  

Dear Jesus, I accept you today as my Lord and personal Saviour. I confess that I have sinned; please forgive me. I believe that you died and rose again for me. By your blood, cleanse me from every unrighteousness. Thank you for the new life you have given me, help me to serve you all the days of my life. Ultimately, please help me make it to eternity with you, in Jesus name. Amen.
