The President of Living Faith Church worldwide, Bishop David Oyedepo usually says that a moment of favour from God can erase several years of labour. What a profound statement.

The favour of God actually sums up most (if not all) of our prayer points. Think about it for a minute. Are you praying for a spouse, a child, new job, promotion, business breakthrough…the denominator of all these requests is God’s favour. Favour will cause you to be located by your spouse. It will cause you to be fruitful and have your child. Mary, the mother of Jesus enjoyed favour, that’s why she was chosen to birth the Messiah; Luke 1:28.

How about your promotion? It doesn’t come from the north or south, but by the favour of God. He puts down one, and sets up another; Psalm 75:6-7.  Can you see why you should desire God’s favour? It is the currency through which you can access several benefits.

As you go about your activities in this new working week, you will be satisfied with favour and full with God’s blessings in the order of Deuteronomy 33:23.It states, “And of Naphtali he said, O Naphtali, satisfied with favour, and full with the blessing of the Lord: possess thou the west and the south.”
