Hello people, welcome to a week that most of us have been eagerly anticipating. You’re probably wondering the reason for the anticipation right?
Well, it’s a spiritually loaded week for us in the body of Christ not just in Nigeria but across the globe. Two major Holy-Ghost studded events hold this week. First is the Holy Ghost Congress of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, which begins today (4th December) and runs until 10th of December, 2017. Ministering will be the General Overseer; Pastor E.A. Adeboye and other anointed ministers.
The second is Shiloh 2017; an annual event of the Winners’ Family worldwide. It has as its theme, “A New Dawn” and its slated for 5th-10th December, 2017. Ministering will be the President, Living Faith Church worldwide, Bishop David Oyedepo and other anointed ministers.
Genesis 28: 16-17 narrates Jacob’s encounter when He was practically at the gate of heaven but it took him so long to realize. It says, “And Jacob awaked out of his sleep, and he said, Surely the LORD is in this place; and I knew it not. And he was afraid, and said, How dreadful is this place! this is none other but the house of God, and this is the gate of heaven.” These events present us with the opportunity for “a gate of heaven encounter” and it’s no coincidence that both would run concurrently.
Previous editions of both programs have birth unforgettable transformations in the lives of the participants, and you could be the next with a catalogue of testimonies. However, as it is often said, “expectation is the mother of manifestation.” Similarly, ‘ what you don’t expect, you cannot experience.’
