Hello Amazing Reader,

Compliments of the season. I hope you are well and getting ready for the holiday season. As we prepare for the New Year, I thought to share something that I experienced this year.

I’ve always known that good has my best interest at heart, but this year, I saw that in a new dimension. Like most people will do, at the start of this year I had plans for my career and other areas of life. I had put up what looked like a good plan to me and strategized to the best of my ability.

Weeks turned into months, and I wasn’t making much progress with my career plan especially. In April, an opportunity that I didn’t know I needed came up and because it wasn’t in tandem with my initial plan, I almost discarded it. I decided to pray about it and I was at ease with going ahead.Looking back, I am humbled to see how that opportunity has led to many more blessings. Mind you, I didn’t pray to have this opportunity because I didn’t know I needed it. But thank God for his mercies that gives us what He knows we need per time.

As you plan and strategize in readiness for the New Year, I encourage you to commit your plans to God. It’s great to plan, but it’s a lot more beneficial to submit your plans to God’s hands and have Him order your steps. He knows what you don’t know, and sees what you can’t see.

Proverbs 16:3 (NIV) states,

Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and he will establish your plans.

Have a blessed week and remain expectant to receive your crowning blessings for 2023.

God’s blessings always,

Dammy
